Large amount of Vitamins
Blitz Energizer has 300% RDA of Vitamin B6 and 250% RDA of Vitamin B12. This is not a dangerous level as these Vitamins are water-soluble which means any that is not absorbed is simply expelled from the body.
In fact much higher amounts of Vitamin B12 (1000mcg) are used to safely treat pernicious anemia. This is 200 times more than the amount in Blitz Energizer.
